Is it worth grading?
Plug in what your card sells for raw and what it sells for graded. The calculator takes out PSA's fee, shipping and eBay's selling fees, then tells you whether grading actually makes you money, and what grade you need to break even.
PSA prices are from PSA's fee page after the Oct 29, 2026 update (Value $39.99, Standard $59.99, Priority $79.99; Value Bulk paused). Check eBay's current selling fees for your category and edit the fee box. Shipping is an estimate; set your own. This assumes anything below a 9 sells for about raw value.
How to use it well
- Use sold listings, not asking prices, for every value.
- Be strict about centering, corners and surface. Most cards are not 10s.
- Check the insured-value cap: each PSA tier has a maximum declared value.
